How long can you store charcoal for?Charcoal will remain useable for a very long period if stored covered and in almost airtight conditions. Coals are still functional even after many years, though briquettes may start to crumble with time. Indeed, the longer the substance is kept covered, the drier it will be and the simpler it will be to ignite.

Is there a sell-by date for disposables and quick light products?For items made of charcoal, there is no shelf life. On the other hand, the strength of the quick light goods will gradually decrease. As long as the outer bag is kept closed or resealed after usage, we estimate that these kind of products have a two-year shelf life.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
